A couple comes to chowki and complains that even after booking a cylinder they never get their cylinder and the guy sells it to someone else in black. Chandramukhi asks the guy to be called to the chowki who tells that he went to the couple's place but no one opened the door, so he sold the cylinder to someone else. How will Chandramukhi catch the fraud that is happening?
