An Affair Gone Wrong

A man comes to the chowki and complains that when he was going in the morning, the guy on the third floor threw a cup of tea on him. The person is called to the chowki who tells that tea was pathetic, hence he threw it and didn't realise that someone was downstairs. What punishment will Chandramukhi give this man?
