A car comes and parks itself in front of Ojha's house in a very odd manner and all are disturbed and are eager to find who has parked the car in such a funny manner. After looking for the driver they encounter a new neighbour in the colony who calls herself as Kumkum Balakukreti and the residents give her a nickname Kukku.
