
Nayyar is accused of murdering his personal doctor. He claims in the court that the doctor was forced to jump off the balcony by a housefly. Ramesh Shukla, who is a staff at the doctor's clinic, claims that Nayyar pushed the doctor from the balcony. Inder Mohan Jaiswal, the prosecution lawyer, proves that Nayyar has fear of needles and injections. Jaiswal points out that while the doctor was trying to administer an injection to Nayyar, he was inadvertently pushed by Nayyar. Later, K.D.
