Electric Man Part 2

K.D. Pathak and Inspector Dave find a charred body inside a car. Dave suspects that Kapil, who has escaped from police custody, is responsible for the death. The police arrest Kapil and produce him before the court. During the courtroom proceedings, Kapil inadvertently hits the prosecution lawyer and he collapses on the floor. Later, K.D. Pathak is badly injured after being attacked by a person, who also possesses the ability to conduct electricity. After the attack, K.D. Pathak is almost certain that someone else, and not Kapil, is responsible for the crimes. But, with the culprit proving to be near impossible to catch, can K.D. Pathak capture him with the help of the police?
