Inspector Dave calls K.D Phatak to inform him that he wouldn't be coming for dinner because he has to take a look at a murder case. K.D Phatak gets curious to find out about the case and meets Vivek Dara. Vivek Dara is the youngest son of Pitambar Dara and is accused of killing his own father. K.D Phatak decides to help Vivek and takes up his case only to find out that their family was a big mess as none of the siblings liked each other.
